About Tracey Grace

Helping organizations prepare for what's next.

For more than two decades, I've helped organizations navigate growth, technology, leadership, and transformation from the local level to the global boardroom.

How do we prepare for change?

Building organizational agility to adapt to shifting markets, advancing technologies, and workforce dynamics.

How do we reduce unnecessary risk?

Establishing robust governance, foresight, and structured controls to protect the enterprise from unseen vulnerabilities.

How do we make better decisions?

Transforming fragmented data and siloed departmental processes into trusted, actionable business intelligence.

How do we leave it stronger?

Creating deeply embedded, resilient systems that outlast any single leader or sudden organizational transition.

"I never set out to build a
technology company."

Early in my career, I discovered something that would shape everything that followed—I have a knack for seeing opportunities that others don't always recognize.

While working in the technology industry, I noticed healthcare was one of the last major industries still relying heavily on paper-based processes. I pursued that opportunity, built a new healthcare consulting practice, and watched it quickly become one of the company's fastest-growing business units. Ironically, its success became the reason I was asked to walk away from it.

That experience taught me one of the most important lessons of my career. If I wanted the freedom to build, innovate, and pursue opportunities I believed in, I needed to create something of my own.

Executive Impact

As an Award-winning Technology CEO, Business leader, and SaaS Founder, I have utilized my expertise in strategic sales solutions, technology, team building, and communications to build two top-notch, fast-growing companies from the ground up.

Leading the Inc. 5000 company IBEX IT Experts and acting as the SaaS founder of NectariQ, I earned my place in the business world as a competent thought leader in Supplier Vendor Management, a businesswoman, and a government contractor. Through the development of strategic products and services, my technology company has secured multi-million dollar contracts in the healthcare, automotive, and education sectors.

As a speaker and entrepreneur, I have supported the development of other small business owners, government contractors, and organizations. I proudly serve on several non-profit boards and committees, including the Jane Addams Peace Association and North Fulton Community Charities.

In 2012, I founded IBEX IT Business Experts with a simple philosophy: organizations deserve partners who don't just solve today's problems—they help prepare for tomorrow's opportunities.

Since then, I've had the privilege of working with federal agencies, Fortune 500 companies, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and growing businesses as they navigate change, improve operations, and prepare for the future.

Global Perspective

From Local Operations to Global Boardrooms

Those fundamental leadership questions have taken me far beyond technology. They've opened the door to serving on boards, advising leadership teams, speaking at conferences, and collaborating with entrepreneurs and executives from around the world.

Most recently, those conversations brought me to Monaco for the EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year program, where leaders from every corner of the globe were wrestling with many of the same issues I see every day.

Today, I serve on the International Women's Forum Georgia Board and Risk Committee, where I continue exploring how organizations can strengthen governance, improve resilience, and prepare for what's next.

"Some of the best ideas I've ever had didn't happen in a boardroom. They happened while listening, observing, and remaining curious."

Beyond the Boardroom

Rooted in the Golden Isles

When I'm not working with clients or speaking at conferences, you'll usually find me exploring the Golden Isles, restoring our historic Victorian home, supporting my husband's work as an artist, or traveling to learn from entrepreneurs and business leaders around the world.

Recently, my husband Gary and I relocated to Brunswick, Georgia, where we're restoring a historic Victorian home in downtown Brunswick as the new coastal home for IBEX.

Like many things in life, it's about more than restoring a building. It's about investing in a community we believe in and creating a place where ideas, innovation, and leadership can come together. Over the coming years, I hope to contribute to the Golden Isles in the same way I've approached my career: by helping organizations think differently, preparing leaders for what's ahead, and building connections that make our community stronger.

The Mission

Help organizations prepare for
what's next.

"Because resilience isn't built during a crisis.
It's built long before one ever arrives."
